  1. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide. Delivery options and fees will be shown at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative only. Delays can occur due to third-party couriers or other factors outside our control.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.
  1. Consumer Guarantees – Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

          Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product you purchase:

  • not of acceptable quality,
  • doesn’t match the description or sample,
  • is not fit for purpose,

  1. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

          We comply with ACL requirements for returns. You may be eligible for a:

  • Refund – for major faults.
  • Repair or replacement – for minor issues.

         You must provide proof of purchase and report the issue within a reasonable time.

         To initiate a return, contact us via email with your order number and issue details.

  1. Change-of-Mind Returns (Our Policy)

         We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully and ensure that the product is compatible with your                 printer before completing your order.

  1. Product Descriptions & Compatibility

         We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and compatibility details are accurate. However, it is your responsibility to confirm that a product is           suitable for your printer model before purchase.

          Where stated, some products may come with manufacturer warranties in addition to your rights under ACL. These warranties are governed by their own                terms and conditions.

          Any “lifetime guarantees”, “satisfaction guarantees”, or other marketing claims will be honoured where advertised and do not override your statutory rights.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by law for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our liability for a breach of a non-excludable condition or warranty is limited to:
    • the replacement of goods or supply of equivalent goods;
    • the repair of goods; or
    • the refund of the amount paid.

         This clause does not limit your rights under ACL.
